Questions, bugs, or a run that looks wrong: email [email protected]. Include your phone model and, if you can, the CSV export of the run (Run › Export CSV).

Getting good numbers

Mount the phone with a view of the sky

Windshield or dash mount. Wait for the accuracy readout to drop under 10 m before you stage. Pockets and cup holders give poor fixes.

Phone GPS vs a RaceBox

Phones deliver 1–10 fixes per second; expect about ±0.05 s and ±1 mph on a clean run. A RaceBox Mini, Mini S, or Micro (Settings › GPS devices) delivers 25 fixes per second with Doppler speed and needs a development build of the app, not Expo Go.

Weight drives horsepower

Every horsepower estimate scales with the weight you enter for the vehicle. Weigh the car with you in it. Trailer weight is entered per run for tow tests.

Coast-down calibration

Flat, empty road, no wind. Get to 60–70 mph, tap Start, shift to neutral, and coast to walking pace without braking. Run it in both directions and apply the best fit to your vehicle.

1Drag Live

Racing someone

Home › Race someone. One driver creates a code, the other joins. Both arm GPS and stop on the line; when both are staged the tree runs on the same green for both phones. Reaction time is measured from that green; leaving early shows a red light.

Hosting an event

Race someone › Host an event. Cars join with the event code, you pair two cars into the lanes, and the TV board at /board/<code> shows live lanes, the last pass, and the leaderboard.

"No connection to 1Drag Live"

Check the phone has data and that Settings › 1Drag Live shows the API server as 1drag.io and the hub as wss://live.1drag.io.

Your data

Runs stay on your phone unless you share them or race live. See the privacy policy. To delete uploaded passes or a driver id, email support with the driver name shown in Settings.
